All orders take a standard 1-3 business days to process. This does not include weekends, regardless of the method of shipment that is selected at the time of placing an order.
All orders are shipped via USPS.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not ship on weekends or holidays. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the USPS once we have shipped your package. Please allow a 1-3 business day time frame for us to process your order from the day that the order was placed.
We are not responsible for any lost orders while in transit, nor do we take any responsibility for any damages that may occur during transit via USPS. In the unfortunate event that your package gets lost or damaged, you will need to contact your local USPS post office and provide them the tracking information that was provided by us upon shipping your package.
Please keep in mind that this will be a matter that you will need to address with USPS. Unfortunately, we will not be able to replace your package if it is lost or damaged via transit with USPS.
